Membership Information

To join the Utah Wing you must join or already be a member of the national Commemorative Air Force. National CAF membership dues are $200. Utah Wing applications are available here online or at the Heber Museum.  National CAF Application PDF Form can be downloaded HERE and can be completed and mailed to the Wing at PO Box 507 Heber City 84032

A credit card may be used online for payment of your initial National CAF dues and Utah Wing dues. Annual Utah Wing membership dues are $50.00 per year.  If you join during October, November and December, the following year is included.
There are a variety of options for membership with the national Commemorative Air Force organization. See THIS LINK to the main CAF website.

The Cadet Program is available for Boys and Girls ages 13 to 17 (students enrolled in high school or a higher education facility may remain Cadets until age 24).  Cadet membership dues are $45 per year. There are no Wing dues for Cadets.  Applications are available online at CAF National Cadet Application or through the Wing.
